The Proctor Planning Commission coordinates many interests of the community; serves as a forum for new ideas; acts as a liaison between regional planners and the public; and assists local government in guiding the planning process. The Planning Commission prepares the town plan and zoning by-laws and regularly reviews and revises the plan and by-laws to reflect changing conditions and statutory requirements.
The Planning Commission invites residents to attend meetings and welcomes their input in planning for the future of Proctor.
