Riverside Cemetery Commission
The Riverside Cemetery Commissioners are Robert Coons, Chair, Donald Russell, Henry Socinski, Theresa Anderson and Pauline Hogan. Commissioners are elected by Proctor voters for five (5 ) year terms.
The Commission meets the second Wednesday of May, July and October at 7:00 p.m. at the Proctor Free Library. A meeting agenda is posted at the Town Office, Post Office, Proctor Free Library and Proctor website forty eight (48) hours prior to a regular meeting and twenty four (24) hours prior to a special meeting. Meeting minutes are posted on the Proctor website within five (5) day after a meeting.
