The Town of Proctor has an Energy Committee that is dedicated to identify energy efficiency and conservation opportunities for Proctor that align with the Town’s Plan and vision, to be a resource for Proctor residents to learn about residential energy savings opportunities, and to maintain active and ongoing communication with local law makers in support of or in opposition to legislation affecting the Town of Proctor.
