The Town has a Zoning Administrator, Anthony Preston, who administers and enforces the provisions of the Proctor Zoning Regulations. He reviews permit applications and works with the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment. If you have zoning questions, or would like to drop off a permit, please visit the Town Clerks Office at 45 Main Street.
